Update progress of Grand Marina Saigon project
Update on progress of Grand Marina Saigon project in November 2023:
By the end of November, the Masterise Homes team and contractor partner IFO, Mace had completed all items of the Lake building. Most prominent is the facade with LED lighting system, basement and swimming pool facilities on the 46th floor which are 100% completed. The remaining amenities such as reception hall, elevator, gym, lotus leaf park... have also been completed.
Towards the 3 towers: SEA; Cove; Lagoon, November recorded many big changes. Not only do they get "higher" every month, the towers are also being installed with glass, LED light frames or building partition walls on the lower floors to speed up the completion progress.
